Demonstrates a proven record in serving as a module and/or workstream lead within a project, identifying and addressing client needs by:

  • Developing and refining an understanding of the broad range of the Firm’s service offerings.

  • Preparing concise, accurate and quality deliverables.

  • Actively participating in project teams to create an atmosphere of trust.

  • Facilitating client meetings and/or workshops 

  • Seeking different views to foster diversity, inclusion, and innovation.

Demonstrates abilities and/or proven record of success in designing, implementing, and supporting Dayforce applications-based solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Dayforce WFMBasic Scheduling (required) and Advanced Scheduling (preferred).

  • Experience with other WFM modules such as Time & Attendance ispreferred.

  • Other core modules such as Core/HR, Payroll or Benefits.

  • Participating in the continuous improvement of implemented solutions. 

  • Transitioning to and/or participating in application support operations.

  • Demonstrating awareness of issues and common trends faced by clients.

Demonstrates abilities and/or a proven record of success in leading workstreams on three or more Ceridian Dayforce engagements including:

  • Designing, implementing, improving, and supporting WFMbusiness processes.

  • Designing, building, testing, and deploying Ceridian Dayforce WFM solutions.

  • Building relationships with clients and teammates.

  • Developing an awareness of Firm services.

  • Managing client expectations regardingproduct capabilities and service offerings.

  • Demonstrating the ability to balance multiple client engagements while supporting project managers in day-to-day activities.

Demonstrates interest in and/or a proven record of success in contributing to practice and business development activities including but not limited to:

  • Contributing to pipeline development, proposal responses and presentations.

  • Delivering presentations to current and prospective clients.

  • Developing and evolving service offerings and capabilities.

Demonstrates the ability to work successfully and productively in a team environment by:

  • Understanding personal and team roles.

  • Contributing to a positive working environment.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with team members.

  • Supporting peers and junior staff in their own career growth and development.
