Our Solutioning Center of Excellence within the Managed Services Platform will provide you direct interaction with senior leadership and other key stakeholders. You will work with cross-functional teams to execute on priority growth initiatives within this fast-growing platform.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:

  • 8+ years experience in developing Cloud native apps for GCP or AWS or Azure leveraging PAAS and SAAS offerings from GCP AWS Azure.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:

  • Thinking strategically, creating technical definition around customer objectives in complex situations, developing solution strategies, motivate & mobilize resources, and deliver results; 
  • Developing & architecting winnable and profitable complex cross-domain solutions encompassing a rich variety of technologies and using a mixture of agile and planned methods to provide innovative solutions to address clients’ needs ; 
  • Working with internal teams, client technical teams, client executives, and partners to manage and deliver successful solutions during implementation stage; 
  • Driving in depth architectural discussions to build trust and rapport with clients during implementation stage ; 
  • Working as a trusted technical advisor to clients and project members to solve complex technical challenges, and establish credibility & build robust relationships key Business & client stakeholders ; 
  • Understanding of estimation methodology and cost levers involved in Infra managed services solutioning across different technical domains such as Server, Storage, Network, End user support, service desk, public cloud, others ; 
  • Understanding of infra managed services activities across different technical domains such as IaaS, PaaS, Servers, Storage, Network, End user support, Service Desk, Security, others ; 
  • Demonstrating proven knowledge of latest managed services trends & ability to create/update differentiated offerings; 
  • Architecting and/or transitioning significant managed services solutions ;  
  • Managing client relationships at the mid executive level; 
  • Managing client service and people management skills;  
  • Adapting to new technologies and learning quickly; 
  • Demonstrating experience in / with broad architecture skills, covering application, infrastructure, data and integration, Systems design, with the ability to architect or explain complex systems interactions; 
  • Writing software in one or more technologies, such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, Microservices, Event Driven Architecture, or other Cloud Native experience; 
  • Understanding of various database technologies (e.g. SQL database(s), NoSQL such as MongoDB, Hadoop, Redis, etc.); 
  • Understanding of enterprise Architecture methodology such as “The Open Group Architecture framework” TOGAF is a plus ; 
  • Understanding of container technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker), services, and cloud PAAS components , contemporary paradigms, such as Cloud, DevOps and Agile, Hyperscalers based cloud native solutions , Scalable enterprise solutions; 
  • Monitoring tools & KPIs ; and,
  • Demonstrating stakeholder management skills with the ability to work well with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base.
