Meet our people
Cortney, IFS Manager
As a Product Manager in New Ventures, Cortney helps guide the design, development and marketing of PwC proprietary technology solutions. Every day brings new opportunities and challenges from setting product launch strategy to troubleshooting software bugs with the engineering team. Prior to joining the firm Cortney completed an Advisory Advance internship. She enjoys developing her professional capabilities and expanding her network through PwC’s breadth of opportunities and resources, coupled with the support and guidance from leadership. Outside of work Cortney enjoys spending time at the gym, salsa studio, and her local community garden.
Kevin, Consulting Services Partner
Kevin is a Howard alum and the Consulting Services Relationship Partner for Howard University. Kevin and his team work with clients to solve cybersecurity related challenges, reduce risk to the organization, and comply with regulations that focus on information security. He encourages the importance of networking and being open to new opportunities, including those that may seem outside of one’s comfort zone. Kevin’s Be well, work well activities include making time for exercise after the workday and incorporating healthy meals. At PwC, he’s had a friendly and supportive experience as he has grown personally and professionally.

Selected students for the Start internship will learn about the professional services industry and have the opportunity to develop professional and technical skills necessary for success in the business world.
Start is PwC’s diversity summer internship experience, uniquely designed for high-performing college sophomores/rising juniors who self-identify as members of traditionally underrepresented minority groups in the professional services industry, protected veterans, and/or an individuals with disabilities.
PwC’s Elevate program is designed for prospective interns to experience our culture first-hand, while building relationships with professionals and learning more about how we are innovating our firm. Participants will see how our business is embracing the digital revolution and investing in our people. Elevate is a highly interactive experience that allows students to learn about our benefits, culture and what is important to PwC; solidifying your internship offer decision. Prospective interns should be prepared to Elevate their knowledge of themselves, the profession and PwC!
Advance: PwC’s Internship program
Advance is PwC’s Internship program. As an intern, you will experience PwC from the inside! Our interns say that the internship provided them with opportunities to better understand the professional services industry, build relationships with Partners, Principals and staff and develop personally and professionally through our Leadership Development Experience.
As an Advance intern you will experience client assignments and work alongside our partners and staff. You will have the opportunity to network and develop relationships to last a lifetime through community service and intern networking events. Your coaching team will guide you through the internship to enhance your skills and learn more about what makes PwC one of the best places to work each year!
