The Opportunity

As part of the Project Portfolio Management team, you are responsible for the successful delivery of Tax compliance engagements to clients by leveraging top-tier project management methodologies. As a Senior Manager, you are tasked with leading large projects and innovating processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You interact with clients at a senior level, drive overall project success, and serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your influence and knowledge to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others to solve complex problems, apply sound judgment, and develop top-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, contributing to the success of the firm.

The salary range for this position is: $105,400 - $325,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
