Management Consulting Workforce Transformation - Benefits Retirement + Health & Welfare opportunities
Our Retirement team, under Workforce Transformation, is a team of actuaries who focus on retirement consulting with a goal of helping to solve the global societal problems associated with retirement. As a Health & Welfare professional, under Workforce Transformation, you’ll provide health strategy and support actuarial analysis services to a wide range of employers and health insurance companies nationally. You may design pricing strategies, select healthcare delivery systems / networks, and develop risk management and approaches that suit clients’ needs. Projects include retirement and other compensation program design, actuarial valuations, compliance testing and strategy, financial wellness, industry leading wealth accumulation strategies, deals, pension risk transfer, defined contribution plan consulting, employer and employee communications, and benefit administration.
Entry Level professionals will apply to a Management Consulting requisition and will be aligned to a specific practice team based on major and skills.
Preferred majors:
- Actuarial Science
- Applied Mathematics
- Mathematics
Preferred skills:
- Interns should have at least one Actuarial exam scheduled, preferably passed during the interview process.
- Associates should have at least 1-2 Actuarial exams passed
