Management Consulting Workforce Transformation Compensation Tax and Accounting (CTA)/Rewards opportunities
The Rewards (CTA) practice, part of Workforce Transformation, focuses on total rewards strategies through analysis of industry benchmarks, company policies and culture, and performance. As a Reward professional, you'll work with clients to determine their compensation strategy and structure, executive pay packages, legal and regulatory requirements of compensation and benefit plans, tax implications, and financial reporting/accounting advice.
Entry Level professionals will apply to a Management Consulting requisition and will be aligned to a specific practice team based on major and skills.
