Sector Opportunities
- International Tax Services (ITS): As a consultant within our International Tax Services practice you will provide expert advice to multinational clients, helping them structure global tax positions by analyzing complex international tax laws and treaties to develop strategies that enhance tax efficiency, manage risk, and support cross-border business operations.
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): As a consultant in our M&A Tax practice you are responsible for offering legal insight during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings by assessing tax implications, identifying risks, and structuring deals to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
- State and Local Tax (SALT): In our SALT practice, consultants assist businesses in navigating the evolving landscape of state and local tax laws by interpreting statutes across jurisdictions, advising on compliance and planning, and helping clients manage risk and improve their tax positions.
- Real Estate (RE): In our Real Estate Tax practice, consultants advise clients on the tax aspects of real estate investments, partnerships, joint ventures, and REITs by analyzing corporate and partnership tax rules, along with state, local, and international considerations, to effectively structure complex deals.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
- A post-graduate law degree (JD or LLM) is required.
- Client Service Associate roles are entry-level positions.
- Client Service Intern roles are also entry-level positions.
