Deals - Valuations

The Valuations group helps clients solve complex issues in areas of financial reporting, tax reporting and value consulting. Whether it's assisting a client to understand the value of strategic alternatives, or helping them estimate the value of their business, assets or financial instrument, the advice provided enables clients to understand the implications of value across their business. This project-based team doesn’t have a traditional busy season as they help clients when needs arise. They sit under our Deals team which allows them to work with specialists in other Deals functions like CMAAS and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Preferred fields of study:

• Accounting
• Accounting with Finance
• Business Management
• Economics
• Finance
• Mathematics

Preferred skills:

• CFA strongly recommended but not required
• Complex problem solving using finance knowledge
