The Opportunity
As an Assurance Artificial Intelligence Technology Associate, you will engage in the dynamic field of data and analytics engineering, focusing on artificial intelligence and machine learning. You will have the chance to work directly with clients, applying your skills in machine learning, generative AI, AI agents, AI development, AI governance, and AI evaluation to deliver impactful solutions.
As an Associate, you will be immersed in a learning environment where you will contribute to client projects, develop your technical skills, and build meaningful client connections. You will be encouraged to embrace challenges, ask questions, and use these experiences as opportunities for growth.
In this role, you will be part of the Assurance AI team, where you will support senior staff and participate in project tasks. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how your work fits into the overall strategy. By engaging in research and utilizing a broad range of tools, you will generate new ideas and solve problems, contributing to the delivery of quality work. Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing machine learning and generative AI model evaluation practices to enhance data-driven decision-making processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess artificial intelligence solutions embedded in existing systems
- Utilizing programming languages such as Python and Java to build scalable data infrastructure and pipelines
- Conducting complex data analysis to extract insights and inform strategic initiatives
- Managing data quality and integration efforts to support reliable and consistent data outputs
- Leveraging open-source software and machine learning libraries to innovate and streamline AI implementations and facilitate AI evaluation
- Supporting client engagements by providing technical insights and recommendations for AI technology adoption, evaluation, and governance
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Physics, Computational Chemistry, Mathematics
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements

The salary range for this position is: $53,500 - $104,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
