As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

As part of the Managed Services Human Capital Management (HCM) team you provide Application Evolution Services for clients and develop a scalable and resilient SAP Solution Strategy. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for project success and maintaining exemplary standards, while empowering clients to navigate and capture the benefits of their application portfolio. Your role involves supervising, developing, and coaching team members, solving complex problems, and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage client engagements, achieving successful outcomes

- Develop and implement scalable SAP solution strategies

- Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions

- Supervise, coach, and develop team members to achieve exceptional performance

- Empower clients to leverage the benefits of their application portfolio

- Maintain exemplary standards of quality and client satisfaction

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 6 years of experience

- Managing client service accounts and engagement workstreams

- Solving and analyzing complex problems to deliver exceptional results

- Identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement

- Leading design, implementation, and configuration of SAP HCM Payroll

- Demonstrating broad abilities with SAP application solutions

- Proven understanding of HCM SAP Payroll and wage type configuration

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, FSCM, and Group Reporting

The salary range for this position is: $82,500 - $198,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
