Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services.

Additional Job Description

Seeking an experienced Sr Associate for PwC's Value Realization Office (VRO) team. Drive adoption of best-in-class practices, collaborating closely with sales leadership. Analyze processes and define customer strategies and focus on strategic engagement and scaling VRO practices. Craft presentations and drive results with digital capabilities. Possess competencies in value selling, strategy consulting, and digital transformation. Align with global businesses and influence decision makers.

  • Develop and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate within and across internal teams, Consulting Segment and Platforms;

  • Interpret, filter and prioritize requests and/or issues coming to the attention of the Platform while performing root cause analysis to identify trends and opportunities for technical and business process improvements; 

  • Collaborate with all levels of stakeholder groups to drive strategic direction and account for critical dependencies with other projects, programs, and initiatives;

  • Advise change management and communication activities with appropriate stakeholders to accelerate and realize benefits of transformation changes;

  • Work independently and manage the delivery of day-to-day operations and technology services to stakeholders and business partners through systems and data integration, including user acceptance testing and production support;

  • Demonstrate time management organizational skills, proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and exercise independent discretion/judgment given the nature of the responsibilities;

  • Manage projects to timely completion, keeping stakeholders informed;

  • Demonstrate proficiency of core technology solutions and applications to enable business processes and meet deliverables with appropriate business and technical language;

  • Demonstrate abilities in project management and change management, including strategy development, execution, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for diverse industry audiences, clients, and internal stakeholders;

  • Apply critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems;

  • Leverage tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends;

  • Seek and embrace opportunities which give exposure to different situations, environments and perspectives along with the ability to delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities, coaching them to deliver results; and,

The salary range for this position is: $58,000 - $161,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
