The Opportunity

As a Technology Consulting Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative technology solutions that address their unique challenges. You will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to projects that require analytical thinking and adaptability. Your role will involve leveraging your communication skills to effectively convey ideas to diverse audiences, fostering meaningful client connections and enhancing project outcomes.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will build your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In increasingly complex situations, you will anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

In this role, you will support senior staff and participate in project tasks, developing basic skills and knowledge. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Responsibilities

- Supporting client engagement and project tasks to deliver quality work
- Participating in the implementation of emerging technologies and application software solutions
- Assisting in enterprise integration and IT infrastructure projects to enhance business systems
- Engaging in technical consultation to address client needs and improve project outcomes
- Collaborating with teams to develop and manage project plans effectively
- Utilizing communication skills to convey ideas and solutions to diverse audiences
- Contributing to the development of innovative technology solutions for client challenges
- Building personal brand through learning and adapting to complex situations
- Developing a deeper understanding of business context and technology resources

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or Computer Science
- Preference for a 3.3 overall GPA
- Demonstrating proficiency in emerging technologies and enterprise integration
- Excelling in technical consultation and project management
- Implementing IT infrastructure and business systems effectively
- Engaging in teamwork and communication within client support environments
- Developing skills in application software and technology consulting

The salary range for this position is: $61,000 - $100,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
