They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls. In business transformation digital solutions at PwC, you will assist clients with business transformations leveraging large scale digital solutions such as SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Workday, Identity and Access Management tools and other business applications. You will utilise innovative solutions to help clients assess and manage risk and controls during their transformation journey. Working in this area, you will assess the client’s approach for ERP security, business process and IT General Controls, while educating our clients on leading practice recommendations.

As a Digital Assurance & Transparency (DAT) Tech Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming business processes through digital solutions, focusing on audit and assurance practices. You will engage in evaluating and enhancing internal control systems, optimizing business processes, and managing security controls to safeguard assets and promote operational efficiency. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage projects effectively. This role offers the chance to deepen your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources, while understanding your strengths and growing your personal brand.

Responsibilities
- Supporting client engagement and projects by contributing to digital assurance and transparency initiatives
- Developing skills in audit and assurance processes to enhance business transformation digital solutions
- Participating in the evaluation and assessment of internal control systems to mitigate risks and promote operational efficiency
- Assisting in the integration of ERP systems into existing IT infrastructure, including data migration and process alignment
- Engaging in business process improvement activities to optimize performance and improve user experience
- Managing security controls by developing policies and procedures to protect information systems from potential threats
- Conducting security control assessments to evaluate system security features and compliance
- Collaborating with teams to implement IT controls that ensure business objectives are met
- Utilizing ERP modules to streamline processes
- Analyzing SOX compliance requirements to establish financial reporting standards and safeguard data
- Leveraging BASIS Database Management System for relational and navigational data access
- Communicating effectively with diverse audiences to convey ideas and solutions through various media
- Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and adaptability in fast-paced environments to support client needs
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration/Management
- Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment or the educational requirements for licensure as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements.

The salary range for this position is: $53,500 - $104,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
