The Opportunity
As part of the Finance & Accounting Managed Services team you support financial analysis functions, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also responsible for mentoring experienced associates, managing client relationships, and developing training and certification plans for delivery resources.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
-7 years of experience of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or consulting functions.

What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Certified Public Account (CPA)
- Proficiency in financial planning and analysis
- Experience in managing client relationships and expectations
- Ability to lead and coach teams effectively
- Proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Advanced skills in market research and competitive analysis
- Knowledge of industry-leading practices and regulatory changes

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
