Working in this area, you will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Microsoft applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity
Join our Microsoft Consulting Generalist team to consult, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 application solutions that enhance client business processes. As a Senior Associate, you will:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships

What You Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP (D365, 2013, 2011, or 4.0 systems/core, external components, and architecture)
- Proven success configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 products
What Sets You Apart
- One or more Dynamics CRM or ERP certifications (D365, 2013/2011/4.0/Online)
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting D365 applications
- Skilled in functional design, implementation, and maintenance of D365 modules
- Expertise authoring and reviewing functional and technical documentation
- Ability to create accurate project estimates for configuration and coding efforts
- Experience developing architecture, business logic, and critical frameworks
- Oversight experience managing offshore development teams
- Strong understanding of common client challenges across industries
- Proven ability to design and support business processes in a Microsoft environment
Preferred Knowledge & Skills
- Demonstrated success as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant in client-facing roles, ideally within top-tier consulting firms
- Experience participating in the full lifecycle of consulting, designing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions focused on:
- Application configuration and troubleshooting
- Writing functional and technical documentation
- Project scoping and estimation
- Architecture and business logic development
- Release testing, bug resolution, and beta support
- Managing offshore development resources
- Strong client engagement skills:
- Building trusted client relationships
- Effective communication and flexibility in prioritizing tasks
- Managing project workflows, timelines, and potential conflicts
- Proven team leadership abilities:
- Understanding individual and team roles
- Fostering positive work environments
- Providing guidance and feedback to junior staff

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
