The Opportunity

As part of the Ready for Market team you will contribute to the development and execution of innovative digital assets that enhance trust and accountability. As an Associate you will focus on learning and supporting the execution of Ready for Market reviews, working with teams to promote quality and compliance throughout the digital asset lifecycle. This role offers a unique chance to engage with diverse stakeholders, deepen your understanding of key governance principles, and play a vital part in driving effectiveness and transparency in our processes.

Responsibilities

- Support and help execute Ready for Market reviews across assigned technology assets

- Escalate complex issues or risks in a timely manner

- Prepare review documentation and deliverables with accuracy, data quality, and timely completion

- Support delivery of broader initiatives across the Ready for Market team

- Assist with the technology asset intake process by triaging submissions and routing them appropriately across platforms

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- At least 1 year of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Demonstrating working knowledge of in-scope enabler areas (e.g., Privacy, OGC, NIS, Independence, etc.)

- Facilitating portions of Ready for Market review calls by asking thoughtful, probing questions to advance discussions

- Maintaining and monitoring Innovation Nexus data quality for assigned assets to confirm weekly accuracy and completeness

- Working with asset teams and enablers to support Ready for Market review progress 

The salary range for this position is: $50,500 - $112,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
