In customer success management at PwC, you will focus on building strong relationships with clients and increasing their satisfaction with PwC's services and products. You will engage closely with clients to understand their needs, provide support, and drive successful outcomes.

The Opportunity

As part of the AI Commercialization team you will lead defined workstreams to support go-to-market strategies and scale AI adoption across priority accounts. As a Senior Associate you will translate AI transformation initiatives into structured, repeatable solutions that enhance revenue growth and commercial impact. This position provides an exciting opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders and drive the firm’s AI commercialization efforts in a dynamic environment.

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- At least 3 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, AI strategy, commercialization

- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Demonstrating leadership in team environments

- Applying Generative AI and enterprise AI tools

- Evaluating business challenges through an AI lens

- Designing structured enablement resources and communications

- Managing work streams independently and prioritizing initiatives

- Identifying process enhancement opportunities

- Committing to staying current on AI and digital innovation

- Engaging with senior stakeholders


The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
