The Opportunity

As part of the Client Engagement Management team you will build and maintain sturdy relationships with clients, securing their satisfaction and success with PwC's services. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. This role requires a visionary leader who can identify new possibilities, manage engagements from initial contact to project delivery, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes client success.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 10 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree preferred

- Certification(s) Preferred: AWS, Azure, GCP Specialized, or Project Management Professional (PMP), or SAFe Agilist

- Excelling in client relationship management

- Managing multiple projects from start to finish

- Demonstrating exceptional problem-solving abilities

- Communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders

- Understanding market trends and business dynamics

The salary range for this position is: $142,500 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
