They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.

The Opportunity

As a Delivering Deal Value (DDV) Intern, you will engage in projects that focus on deal integration and value realization, providing support to client-facing teams. You will have the chance to learn and apply skills in stakeholder engagement, project management, and contract negotiation, contributing to the success of our clients' strategic initiatives. As an Intern, you will support teams by participating in projects, conducting research, and observing professional work environments to gain exposure to PwC's practices. This role emphasizes learning and development, encouraging you to adopt a learning mindset and take ownership of your growth.

In this role at PwC, you will be part of the Deals group, where you will assist in delivering operational advice and strategic thinking to enhance business operations. You will be involved in activities such as market research and cost efficiency analysis, helping to drive sustainable growth for our clients. Responsibilities

- Supporting teams in delivering deal value through client-focused initiatives
- Participating in project management activities to achieve strategic goals within specified timelines
- Assisting in market research efforts to gather and analyze information about target markets and customers
- Engaging with stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and implementation of project objectives
- Contributing to synergy analysis by evaluating potential benefits from business combinations
- Assisting in post-merger integration processes to maximize the value of merged entities
- Involving in change management strategies to help organizations adapt to transitions
- Collaborating on operations strategy to effectively manage resources and achieve organizational goals
- Assisting in cost reduction activities to enhance operational efficiency and value creation
- Supporting enhanced due diligence processes to assess potential risks and gather detailed information
- Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights for business decision-making
- Developing interactive dashboards and reports to enhance data visualization and accessibility

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service intern positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application. Winter internships typically occur during the spring semester preceding the student's final year of school Summer internships typically take place during the summer preceding the student's final year of school

- Preference for one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Operations Management/Research, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Analytics
- Preference for a 3.3 overall GPA

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
