You will have extensive experience in various CLM technologies.

The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics team you are expected to lead content management, records management or contract management policies, procedures and technologies assessments. As a Senior Associate you are responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining top standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations, and growing your personal brand and technical knowledge.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Working towards a Contracts Lifecycle Management Certification, including Icertis, Conga, Ariba
- Understanding of the sourcing/procurement process and Contracts Lifecycle Management
- Leading content management, records management or contract management policies
- Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust
- Deploying and configuring solutions leveraging applications such as Filenet, Documentum, Box
- Leading development teams responsible for implementing and testing functional requirements
- Securing content, document, records and contract management systems
- Migrating large data sets from legacy data stores to top-tier platforms
- Managing client requirements, project workflow, budgets

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
