In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.

The Opportunity

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will develop and manage media technology products and platforms, making sure they meet the needs of technical and business stakeholders. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain exceptional standards while focusing on building meaningful client connections and navigating ambiguity to deliver quality work.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 3 years of experience

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello)

- Familiarity with media technology workflows across the studios production lifecycle

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Smartsheet, Asana)

What Sets You Apart

- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, SAFe) preferred

- Experience with emerging technologies like AI/ML

- Knowledge of digital rights management and compliance

- Understanding of APIs and cloud platforms

- Managing digital asset workflows and version control

- Working with engineering on media technology products

- Coordinating with stakeholders for documentation and communication

- Implementing technology solutions like Digital Asset Management

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
