The Opportunity

As part of the Cloud Managed Services team you will manage IBM I systems operations, maintaining exceptional performance and reliability. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional standards while building meaningful client relationships.

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- 3 years of experience as a system operator

- IT systems and application administration and support, with thorough experience implementing enterprise-class technology solutions

- Advanced knowledge of IBM I systems operations experience

- Advanced knowledge of IBM i operating system

- Demonstrating leadership in team environments

- Performing software installations and upgrades

- Planning and scheduling proactive maintenance

- Conducting capacity planning and performance tuning

- Creating and executing CL programs for backups

- Providing support across production and test environments

- Maintaining and monitoring iSeries systems

The salary range for this position is: $58,000 - $161,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
