The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance mobile applications, securing seamless user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of mobile application support in a dynamic environment. This role offers the chance to work with advanced technologies and contribute to mission-critical applications in the Freight, Rail, and Logistics sectors.
Responsibilities
- Improve application performance through analytical problem-solving
- Navigate complexities in mobile application support across mobile Platforms: iOS (Swift), Hybrid (Ionic, Capacitor, Cordova)
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions -
- Ensure mobile apps comply with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001 security standards.
- Implement security best practices like SSL pinning, secure API calls, and biometric authentication (Face ID, Touch ID).
-Assist in managing App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store releases, including TestFlight testing and Firebase App Distribution.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in the Freight, Rail, and Logistics sectors.
-Work on API authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, Firebase Authentication, Apple Sign-In.
- Contribute to the development of mission-critical applications
- Maintain troubleshooting guides, issue logs, and SOPs for mobile application support.
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree preferred
- AWS (or) Azure (or) GCP Foundational Certifications preferred
- Demonstrating proficiency in mobile application support
- Utilizing Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Analyzing and optimizing mobile application performance
- Troubleshooting API failures and backend integration
- Implementing security standards like GDPR and HIPAA
- Supporting CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
