The Opportunity

As part of the Banking Payments team you engage in client discussions and meetings, contributing to the development of payment processing and financial services solutions. As an Associate, you focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You participate in project tasks, support senior staff, and engage in research to deepen your understanding of transaction banking, payment systems, and financial operations.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 1 year of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Treasury Professional Certification preferred

- Understanding of global transaction banking and cash management

- Knowledge of money movement capabilities

- Familiarity with global clearing and market infrastructures

- Experience with transaction life cycles of payment products

- Proficiency in financial operations and reconciliation

- Proficiency in data and payment systems interactions

- Ability to manage workstreams or small team engagements

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
