The Opportunity

As a Corporate Finance Intern, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will support our team in delivering strategic financial solutions to our clients. Responsibilities

- Supporting corporate finance teams in executing acquisition strategies and business valuations
- Participating in financial modeling and analysis to assist in mergers and acquisitions
- Engaging in data analysis to inform strategic thinking and decision-making processes
- Assisting with financial forecasting and financial statement analysis to evaluate company performance
- Contributing to the development of investment valuations and M&A modeling
- Observing and learning from professionals in the field of corporate finance and client support
- Assisting in the preparation of contractual agreements and debt restructuring plans
- Collaborating with team members on project management tasks to achieve project goals
- Conducting research and gathering information to support corporate development initiatives
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for stakeholders

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service intern positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application. Winter internships typically occur during the spring semester preceding the student's final year of school Summer internships typically take place during the summer preceding the student's final year of school

The salary range for this position is: $53.00 - $53.00. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
