The Opportunity
As part of the Cybersecurity, Privacy and Forensics team you are expected to focus on corporate investigations. As a Manager you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are expected to execute corporate investigations, develop formal reports, and build meaningful client relationships.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Licensed Public Accountant (CPA)
- Proficiency in corporate governance and SOX requirements
- Proficiency in quantifying economic damages for litigation
- Understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Experience with regulatory compliance programs
- Skilled in drafting and reviewing formal reports
- Time management and task prioritization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Experience in managing client engagements and team workloads

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
