In technology strategy at PwC, you will specialise in developing and implementing strategic plans to leverage technology for business growth and innovation. The Opportunity

As a Manager in PwC’s Corporate Technology Strategy team, you will help clients navigate some of their most strategic technology decisions—modernizing IT, designing digital and AI strategies, and shaping future-ready operating models.You will utilizeyour deep technology skills to support delivery of digital transformation engagements across the entire lifecycle.

You will lead workstreams, coach teams, influence senior stakeholders, and develop strategies that unlock business value through cloud, data, AI, and emerging technologies.

This role is ideal for leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and want to make a visible impact on how organizations use technology to compete and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on their most complex technology strategy problems using the latest frameworks, methodologies, and technologies

  • Build technology solutions using AI and other platforms to enable outstanding client outcomes

  • Supervise, develop, and coach teams in structured problem solving, data-driven analysis, and agile/modern delivery practices

  • Manage key client and stakeholder relationships; facilitate executive-level discussions to drive alignment and decision-making

  • Independently analyze and resolve complex business and technology problems using hypothesis-driven approaches

  • Lead the development of IT operating models and corporate technology strategies aligned to business priorities

  • Drive integrated IT and digital transformation programs across cloud, DevSecOps, data platforms, microservices, and modern engineering

  • Design IT organizations and future-ready technology workforce and sourcing strategies using frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, and TOGAF

  • Develop business cases grounded in financial analysis, value realization, and strategic alignment

  • Foster collaboration across client and internal teams to stimulate innovation in AI and emerging technologies (e.g., quantum, edge, blockchain)

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 5 years of experience using technology to solve complex corporate technology strategy problems

  • Understanding and experience executing the software development lifecycle in large enterprise

What Sets You Apart

  • Master’s Degree Preferred

Core Technology Strategy Skills

  • Leading engagements in IT cost analysis (FFG), operating model design, and sourcing strategies

  • Developing or implementing enterprise architecture frameworks and technology standards

  • Designing and implementing IT governance, decision rights, KPIs/OKRs, and performance measurement

  • Optimizing IT capabilities, application portfolios, sourcing models, or technology cost structures

  • Designing technology-enabled operating models across people, process, governance, and technology

  • Leading large-scale organizational change, communications, and stakeholder adoption efforts

Digital & AI Strategy Skills

  • Developing enterprise AI strategies, governance structures, and scalable adoption models

  • Ability to design holistic digital transformation strategies that integrate customer, data, and technology insights

  • Applying product management principles and agile practices to align IT value delivery

  • Defining workforce strategies for IT, including skill development, talent models, and capability-building initiatives

  • Leading strategic assessments involving AI, automation, data platforms, digital platforms, or emerging technologies

  • Governing the technology landscape (applications, data, infrastructure) to support enterprise-wide digital goals.

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
