The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics team you are expected to apply analytical methods to large and complex datasets leveraging languages such as Python, Java, C++, R, and SQL. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical knowledge.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Engineering, Operations Management/Research, Statistics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Mathematics
- 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Performing in development language environments like Python, Java, C++, R, SQL
- Applying statistical modeling, algorithms, data mining, machine learning
- Manipulating and analyzing complex, large-scale data
- Familiarity with machine learning architectures for text analysis
- Building modularized, configurable, and reusable statistical models
- Applying techniques such as multivariate regressions, Bayesian probabilities
- Visualizing and communicating analytical results using Tableau, Spotfire
- Assisting with the delivery and tracking of large-scale projects
- Supporting engagement leads in interpreting and presenting model results

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
