As a finance consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad understanding of various aspects of finance consulting. Your work will involve providing comprehensive guidance and support to clients in optimising their financial performance, improving decision-making, and achieving their financial goals. You will be responsible for analysing client needs, developing financial solutions, and offering recommendations tailored to specific business requirements.

The Opportunity
As part of the FMRE Assurance team you play an integral role in supporting engagements and understanding business objectives within Financial Markets & Real Estate. As an Associate, you focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You are exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by enhancing your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You also assist with business development efforts to provide solutions for clients accessing the capital markets.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- Required cumulative GPA: 3.0


What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, Quantitative Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Systems Analysis, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems preferred
- Before starting with PwC full-time, meet all educational requirements to be eligible for the primary credential license appropriate for relevant practice area, such as meeting all educational requirements to satisfy the 150 credit hour requirement necessary for the CPA license in the state in which your office will be located, or provide documentation satisfactory to the Firm that your CPA license can be obtained in the state in which your office will be located through reciprocity based on either a CPA license held, or CPA exam passed, in another state.
- Cumulative GPA: 3.3 preferred
- Understanding of financial accounting and taxation
- Knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments
- Experience in problem solving and task management
- Communicating with stakeholders
- Self-motivated for personal growth
- Proficiency in financial product regulations
- Skills in valuation and transaction analytics
- Experience in real estate portfolio enhancement

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $141,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
