The Opportunity
As part of the Capital Markets Transformation team you are expected to analyze and advise clients on complex strategic and operational matters. As a Director you are responsible for setting the strategic direction, leading business development efforts, and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. This role involves mentoring the future leaders and fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Master of Business Administration in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Operations Management/Research, Accounting, Engineering, Computer and Information Science preferred
- CFA, CPP certification preferred
- Proficiency in sales and trading, banking, broker dealer operations
- Proficiency in Operations Strategy and Transformation
- Leading large or multiple teams through design and implementation
- Building collaborative relationships with team members
- Managing and delivering significant business results

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
