The Opportunity

As part of the Transfer Pricing team you are to lead the way as technology-enabled tax advisors who provide advantages through digitization, automation, and enhanced productivity. As a Director you are to set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You are also responsible for mentoring the future leaders and fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 6 years of experience

- Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting preferred

- In-depth knowledge in client assessment and consultation

- Leading implementation of finance or tax technology systems

- Designing streamlined tax processes leveraging technology

- Developing industry standard practices for tax data management

- Ability to develop and sustain meaningful client relationships

The salary range for this position is: $140,900 - $434,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
