In Workday enterprise performance management at PwC, you will focus on implementing and managing the Workday enterprise performance management (EPM) software suite, which includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities. You will work closely with finance and accounting teams to streamline financial processes, improve data accuracy, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

The Opportunity
As part of the Workday Adaptive Planning team, you implement budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Planning for Finance and Workforce Planning. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for project success and maintaining exemplary standards, while enhancing your leadership style to motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You provide technical guidance for the Adaptive suite of products, develop and enhance existing solution capabilities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of the Adaptive Planning solution
- Mentor and develop junior staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Promote successful project execution and uphold top-quality standards
- Provide technical guidance for the Adaptive suite of products
- Develop and enhance the Adaptive Planning solution capabilities at PwC
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail
- Inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results
- Provide business analysis and requirements gathering
- Embrace and implement innovative technologies and methodologies
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of experience
- Certification(s) Required: Workday Adaptive Planning, Deployment
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Human Resources Management, Computer and Information Science, or Accounting preferred
- Certification(s) Preferred: Workday Services functional and/or Engagement Manager, Workday Financials
- Implementing budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Planning
- Analyzing financial models and translating them into Adaptive Planning
- Designing and building complex financial planning models
- Possessing financial and/or management accounting background
- Demonstrating project management skills and managing multiple projects
- Exposure to business process mapping and/or re-engineering
- Completing at least 7-10 end to end Workday Adaptive Planning deployments

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
