The Opportunity
As part of the People and Organisation - Benefits team you are expected to provide strategic, analytic, and technical support to our internal clients. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations to deliver quality work and grow your personal brand.

What You Must Have

- Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills

- Internal and external audit experience
- Developing client-ready deliverables
- Remaining current with industry and regulatory changes

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
