Those working as assistants and office support at PwC will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.

The Opportunity

As part of the Concierge Services team, you manage and lead administrative support service delivery and development. As a Manager, you supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive client engagement workstreams by solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. This role involves understanding the administrative support needs of key stakeholders to consistently implement the Concierge Services strategy.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage administrative support service delivery

- Supervise, develop, and coach teams

- Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams

- Solve and analyze complex administrative challenges

- Deliver premium-quality solutions for stakeholders

- Understand and address administrative support needs

- Implement Concierge Services strategy consistently

- Align services with key stakeholder requirements

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- At least 4 years of administrative or PwC experience

- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Managing a team by creating a positive, collaborative environment

- Creating an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views

- Managing staff performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction

- Setting priorities and managing people/projects across multiple levels

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
