In identity and access management at PwC, you will focus on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and/or clients. Your work will involve the design and implementation of strategies to protect sensitive information and manage user identities.

The Opportunity

As part of the Cybersecurity team, you are responsible for guiding the strategic direction and implementation of identity and access management solutions, establishing secure measures across various client industries. As a Director, you are tasked with setting the strategic direction and leading business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. This role is essential in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the upcoming generation of leaders, fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 9 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Preferred fields of study: Business Application Programming, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Cybersecurity, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Software Engineering
  • Certification with IAM products including SailPoint, Microsoft, Oracle, Ping, Okta, CyberArk and/or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Demonstrating thought leader-level knowledge in consulting industry processes
  • Analyzing complex enterprise environments from an information security perspective
  • Utilizing and applying knowledge of IAM and PAM solutions
  • Building reliable relationships with clients and team members
  • Leveraging innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyzes of large data
  • Assisting with architecture, configuration, and deployment of IAM platforms

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
