We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions. In joining our PMO team, you'll have the opportunity to help our clients maximize the value of their SAP investment. Our Program and Project delivery and Cross Functional Solution Architecture team enables SAP business transformations to stay focused on the desired business outcomes. Our team's comprehensive approach to project governance tailored for large scale SAP transformation initiatives help simplify delivery, drive transparency, and create more effective, efficient business led, technology enabled engagements for our clients.

Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success with consulting, designing, implementing, supporting and leading significant tracks on larger project or leading medium-sized consulting engagements within the SAP product suite, including:
- Developing new market-differentiated SAP solutions and leading proposal development efforts;
- Assisting clients in the implementation and support of SAP application packaged solutions to improve business processes;
- Developing solutions based on common issues facing clients in various industries, including financial services (e.g., banking, insurance, investment management) and product/service providers (e.g., aerospace and defense, automotive, consumer and retail, energy, industrial products, technology, utilities);
- Establishing and managing governance structures, steering committees, and risk management protocols;
- Mobilizing, resourcing, and managing cross-functional teams;
- Coordinating with SAP partners, system integrators, and other third-party vendors;
- Evaluating program metrics, trends, and KPIs to optimize project delivery;
- Bridging gaps between IT and business units;
- Utilizing Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies for SAP transformations;
- Familiarizing with SAP technology stack, including SAP BASIS, Fiori, and integration tools;
- Applying change management frameworks and best practices;
- Possessing knowledge of S/4 HANA and ECC integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems;
- Communicating effectively with clients, project teams, and other third parties;
- Articulating the business value of SAP implementations, upgrades, and transformations to potential clients;
- Identifying client pain points and aligning SAP solutions to address specific business needs;
- Understanding SAP market trends and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively;
- Leading, mentoring, and managing diverse project teams, including those with an offshore delivery model;
- Defining, managing, and optimizing program budgets for SAP transformations;
- Understanding industry-specific challenges and regulations that may impact SAP implementations;
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships;
- Designing, implementing, and supporting complex business processes in an SAP environment;
- Building, testing, and deploying technical components required for successful SAP solutions;
- Identifying and addressing client needs, developing and sustaining deep client relationships, and selling potential new service opportunities;
- Leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction, and motivate team members, creating an atmosphere of trust and leveraging diverse views;
- Coordinating with Pricing and Legal teams and providing feedback to help negotiate contracts with clients, partners, and subcontractors;
- Developing strategy and communicating effectively to all levels of industry audiences, clients, and internal staff and management;
- Preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials, defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collection; and,
- Leading technical development efforts and offshore development resources.

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
