You will be part of a growing team driving strategic programs, data analytics, innovation, deals, cyber resilency, response, and technical implementation activities. Our Investigations team focuses on helping our clients to detect and investigate fraudulent activities or irregularities within their organisation. As part of our team, you will perform fraud investigations, forensic accounting engagements, litigation support, crisis response, insurance claims support, and address anti-kickback and anti-bribery matters for a diverse group of both public and private multinational clients, not-for profits and state and local governments. You will work closely with the office of general counsel, chief compliance officers, boards and outside counsel. Our team not only helps clients respond to instances of fraud or irregularity, but also works with them to emerge stronger as an entity.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in corporate governance requirements/SOX requirements with respect to executing a corporate investigation, including understanding the requirements under Section 10a of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, with respect to illegal acts.Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
- Disputing process and lifecycle, and quantifying economic damages and other fnancial analyses for use in litigation;
- Creating formal reports and analyses for use in litigation, arbitration, and mediation and for communicating to clients and/or Regulatory bodies by clearly and articulately presenting fndings to client Boards/Committees and other interested parties;
- Understanding GAAP and internal controls including methodologies, terminology and design effectiveness;
- Working with regulatory or enforcement compliance programs across a spectrum of regulatory risk areas;
- Analyzing information, drafting and reviewing formal written reports;
- Presenting ideas to small or large groups;
- Working effectively and manage tasks according to strict deadlines and understand the importance of effective time management;
- Leveraging and utilizing PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access, as well as data analysis tools to complete project deliverables;
- Identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues;
- Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner;
- Delivering clear requests for information;
- Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks;
- Communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor;
- Working experience as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; and,
- Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
