These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational effectiveness. People in deals at PwC will focus on providing consulting services related to people and talent aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. You will work closely with clients to assess the people implications of deals, develop integration strategies, and provide guidance on talent retention, organisational design, and cultural alignment. Working in this area, you will assist clients in managing change and maximising the value of their human capital during deal transactions.

Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. The Opportunity
As part of the Workforce Consulting team, you assist executive-level clients in making impactful business decisions regarding mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic moves. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain exemplary standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, manage time amidst competing deadlines, and participate in meetings with clients or internal executive stakeholders, while managing more junior team members.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master of Business Administration in Human Development, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, or Organizational Management preferred
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Communicating technical matters clearly
- Building relationships with peers and clients
- Managing junior team members and mentoring others
- Understanding mergers and acquisitions
- Implementing project management in integrations

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
