Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Mathematical Economics, Mathematical Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Management/Research, Statistics

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates some knowledge and/or a proven record of success within the following areas:

  • Consulting in the financial crimes space and working in a regulatory environment;
  • Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts;
  • Possessing experience with one or more of the following key programming and data analytics tools: Python, R, SAS;
  • Working knowledge of the following secondary languages and tools is a plus: Java, C++/C#, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Excel Macros / VBA /JS;
  • Utilizing proven comprehensive technical skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), intelligent robotic process automation tools (Automation Anywhere, Pega, UiPath, etc.);
  • Manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources;
  • Demonstrating familiarity with machine learning architectures used for text analysis and anomaly detection; and,
  • Visualizing and communicating analytical results, using technologies such as Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI and QlikView.

Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success within the following areas:

  • Assisting with the delivery and tracking of large-scale projects;
  • Building trusted relationships with clients, developing an awareness of firm services, communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner, delivering clear requests for information;
  • Working with business development teams responsible for writing and delivering proposals to prospective clients;
  • Demonstrate ability to contributes to a positive working environment by building relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback; and,
  • Supporting practice management for a specific operation or process in a consultative environment.

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $100,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
