The Opportunity

As part of the Data and Analytics - Business Intelligence team you contribute to client engagement and projects, focusing on developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work in the financial crimes space. As an Associate, you are driven by curiosity and adaptability, supporting senior staff, engaging in research, and participating in project tasks to build your personal brand and deepen your technical knowledge. This role involves consulting in a regulatory environment, defining fraud transformation strategies, and deploying data-driven solutions to enhance fraud detection and prevention capabilities.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 year of experience

  • Preferred fields of study: Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance & Technology, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Systems Engineering
  • Excelling in consulting within financial crimes and regulatory environments
  • Leading fraud platform strategy and architecture for enterprises
  • Deploying data-driven fraud solutions with performance metrics
  • Facilitating fraud analytics strategies, rules, and models
  • Developing thought leadership in fraud detection and prevention
  • Collaborating on proposals with business development teams
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses in financial crimes
  • Managing project planning and engagement administration

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $100,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
