The Opportunity

As part of the Deals team you can enhance working capital to improve financial performance and process effectiveness. As a Senior Associate, you can analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You can work with a specialized team to provide data analysis, strategic insights, and process improvement support throughout various phases of transactions with Private Equity and Corporate clients.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science

- 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management preferred

- Other related fields of study may be considered

- Advising clients on enhancing working capital

- Conducting thorough financial analysis and diagnostics

- Developing what-if scenarios/models for performance impacts

- Implementing improvement programs within Order to Cash

- Supporting due diligence processes for working capital

- Monitoring industry trends affecting working capital management

- Working with financial modeling and data analysis tools

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
