At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

As part of the Workday Human Capital team, you will lead the implementation of innovative HR technologies that align people objectives with business strategies. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to manage multiple workstreams and drive results while maintaining operational excellence. This role offers the chance to engage with clients at a significant level, enhance Workday solutions, and develop top-performing teams that foster trust and collaboration.

Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation of advanced HR technologies to align workforce goals with business strategies

- Serve as a strategic advisor managing multiple initiatives to achieve desired outcomes

- Enhance Workday solutions to improve operational productivity and effectiveness

- Develop and mentor teams that promote collaboration and trust

- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

- Drive results through innovative approaches and impactful project management

- Maintain adherence to operational excellence standards throughout project execution

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 8 years of Workday product experience

- Workday Services functional certification(s)

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred

- Demonstrating advanced HR technology implementation skills

- Leading multiple projects with Workday HCM solutions

- Configuring and optimizing Workday HCM Benefits module

- Managing client relationships and community involvement

- Supervising teams to foster trust and innovation

- Coaching staff with timely feedback


The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
