The Opportunity

As part of the Financial Due Diligence team you shall execute client engagements and projects with a focus on data analytics, consulting, and private equity in the Healthcare sector. As a Senior Associate you shall analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You shall leverage business intelligence software to turn data into insights, work with relational databases, and utilize programming knowledge to address client questions and deliver exceptional work.

Responsibilities

- Execute client engagements and projects focusing on data analytics and consulting

- Analyze intricate issues to provide actionable insights

- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their development

- Maintain rigorous standards in deliverables and client interactions

- Build and nurture client relationships to understand their business context

- Utilize business intelligence tools to transform data into valuable insights

- Work with relational databases and apply programming knowledge to solve client queries

- Deliver exceptional work by leveraging technical proficiency

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 2 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Working on top-performing teams in data analytics, consulting, and/or private equity in the Healthcare sector

- Understanding of financial statements, business cycles (Revenue, supply chain, etc.), business diligence, and valuation

- Analyzing and managing accounting, financial, transactional data, and statistical methods in support of data analysis

- Working in a dynamic, collaborative environment, and working under time-sensitive client deadlines

- Communicating and presenting in a clear and concise manner

- Utilizing collaboration, ingenuity, and innovation to apply tools and techniques to address client questions

- Leveraging business intelligence software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Advanced Excel, etc.) to turn data into insights/visualizations

- Working with relational databases

- Utilizing experience with basic programming: Python, Matlab, etc.

- Utilizing knowledge of modern big data approaches such as PySpark, Apache Spark, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, Azure ML, R, Python, Java, etc.

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
