The Opportunity

As a UKG WFM Pro - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency through the implementation and support of UKG software solutions. Within our Tax practice, you will leverage your expertise in business application consulting to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This role is client-facing, allowing you to directly impact client success by enabling them to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Responsibilities

- Leading UKG software consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and configuring systems for seamless integration and utilization of UKG applications
- Developing and delivering user training to enhance client understanding and application of UKG software
- Guiding teams in strategic questioning and business process analysis to identify opportunities for operational optimization
- Implementing advanced scheduling and technology deployments to improve client service delivery
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to support service excellence and software consulting initiatives
- Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance in delivering client expectations
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Encouraging intellectual curiosity and skills development among team members to foster innovation and growth

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
- Excelling in analytical thinking and business process analysis
- Demonstrating advanced scheduling and operational optimization skills
- Configuring systems for human capital management solutions
- Delivering system integration and technology deployments
- Facilitating user training and software implementations
- Building relationships and driving service excellence

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
