The Opportunity

As an AIT AI Product Owner Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, driving the development of cutting-edge solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Assurance practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions. You will manage activities for specific products from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life, confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. This role requires you to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, uphold professional standards, and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of business, user experience, and technology, confirming that products solve customer and end-user problems. Your involvement will span all stages of a product’s lifecycle, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance, as well as commercialization and go-to-market planning for commercial products.

Responsibilities

- Managing the lifecycle of software products from definition through release and end-of-life
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product development with market demands
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform product strategies
- Conducting competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and drive business growth
- Developing business cases and go-to-market plans for commercial products
- Engaging in customer needs analysis to enhance product offerings and user experience
- Leading product ideation and development activities to foster innovation
- Applying business process modeling to streamline product management workflows
- Interpreting data to generate insights and make informed recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in product management practices
- Building meaningful client connections and managing stakeholder relationships
- Embracing change and navigating ambiguity to adapt to evolving business contexts

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

- Translates business needs into AI product requirements, prioritized backlogs, success metrics, and delivery plans for cross-functional AI solution teams

- Shapes AI use cases by assessing business value, adoption readiness, stakeholder expectations, and AI-related capabilities, limitations, and risks

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
