As a Deals professional, you'll help clients navigate a wide range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, IPOs, divestitures, debt offerings, and restructurings. The team uses data, industry insight, and technology to deliver real-time analysis, scenario planning, and decision-making support—helping clients make confident moves and create long-term value.
Capital Markets Accounting & Advisory Services (CMAAS) - You’ll use highly technical accounting knowledge to solve clients’ complex financial reporting and accounting issues.
Corporate Finance - You'll deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients. Our team offers strategic advice to investors and companies undertaking mergers and acquisitions or investment opportunities.
Deals - Accelerated Solutions - You’ll help private equity clients align technology strategy with business goals to drive transformation and long-term growth.
Deals - Financial Due Diligence (FDD) - You’ll help provide both corporate and financial buyers with peace of mind by analyzing and assessing the financial, commercial, operational and strategic assumptions being made.
Deals Technology and Data Solutions (DT&DS) - Help clients identify, protect, and realize deal value by leveraging technology and data offerings to enable, accelerate and sustain deal execution and value capture.
Delivering Deal Value (DDV)- help clients with delivering increased value on their deal from due diligence and enterprise wide integrations to divestitures and separations.
Diligence Analytics - You’ll analyze or manage accounting, financial, transactional data, and statistical methods in support of data analysis.
Valuations - You’ll help clients solve complex issues in areas of financial reporting, tax reporting and value consulting.
Strategy& -Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC) - you’ll deploy a range of targeted business diligence offerings to identify and quantify untapped EBITDA value and surface potential execution risks, directly impacting the overall quality of earnings and resulting valuation of the target entity.
Strategy& -Deals Strategy – you'll help Private Equity (PE) and corporate clients in developing investment perspectives and value creation strategies that can make a difference in the highly competitive M&A market.
Strategy& -Deals Tech Strategy– you'll work with private equity clients to evaluate companies’ technology and uncover opportunities for value creation before and after a deal.
