Delivering Deal Value (DDV) opportunities
Delivering Deal Value (DDV) at PwC helps clients unlock value and achieve strategic goals throughout the deal lifecycle. We support a wide range of transactions—including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures—by providing end-to-end consulting across diligence, integration, and separation efforts.
As a member of the DDV team, you’ll work closely with clients to navigate the complexities of their transactions and deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects such as:
- Conducting pre-deal and confirmatory due diligence across key functions such as Operations, Finance, and other back-office areas
- Leading or supporting integration planning and execution—both enterprise-wide and function-specific—to help realize deal synergies and operational goals
- Supporting complex separations by evaluating costs, designing future-state operations, and developing transition service agreements (TSAs)
- Advising on broader M&A capabilities, such as improving deal processes, building M&A playbooks, and helping clients assume control of newly acquired entities
You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that works at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution—helping clients drive results during some of their most critical business transformations.
Preferred fields of study:

Preferred skills:
- Previous experience in consulting, deals, M&A or industry preferred
- Financial analyst /modeling experience
