The Opportunity

As a Bank Platform Transformation - Integration Architect-Engineer - Sr Manager, you will focus on designing and implementing seamless integration solutions to connect various organizational systems and applications. Your work will involve creating robust architectures that enable efficient data flow and enhance overall business processes within our Financial Services sector. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

In this role at PwC, you will be part of our Integration and Platform Architecture group, focusing on optimizing technology infrastructure for enhanced business performance. Within our Operations practice, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, validate outcomes with clients, and act on client feedback. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations, and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels. Your commitment to excellence contributes to the success of our firm, as you deepen and evolve your skills with a focus on staying relevant in the Banking and Capital Markets sector.

Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing seamless integration solutions to connect various organizational systems and applications
- Creating robust architectures that enable efficient data flow and enhance overall business processes
- Leading large-scale projects and driving operational excellence in integration and platform architecture
- Utilizing skills in API Management and Enterprise Application Integration to optimize technology infrastructure
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client environments
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine integration strategies
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus
- Developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams through coaching and mentorship
- Leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform for innovative integration solutions
- Promoting the use of agile methodologies and rapid experimentation to enhance project delivery
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes
- Confirming data integrity and security within integration frameworks to support business performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics

- Developing and maintaining enterprise integration architecture using ESBs, API gateways, and event-streaming platforms
- Integrating, configuring, and optimizing Fiserv Premier and DNA core banking platforms
- Designing and implementing AWS cloud-native integration solutions using API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, and SNS
- Creating solution design documentation and supporting architecture review boards
- Managing cross-team dependencies
- Identifying risks and developing mitigation plans
- Leveraging skills in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
- Utilizing Agile Methodology for efficient project management
- Demonstrating proficiency in API Management and System Integration
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities
- Directing teams through complexity with composure and strategic questioning
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback


The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
