The Opportunity

As a Palo Alto Networks XSIAM OR Google SecOps Director, you will focus on identifying and analyzing potential threats to an organization's security, as well as managing vulnerabilities to prevent cyber attacks. Within our Cybersecurity practice, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding sensitive information and enabling the resilience of digital infrastructure. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts. You will make impactful decisions and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies to protect client organizations from potential threats
- Overseeing threat intelligence and vulnerability management initiatives to enhance digital infrastructure resilience
- Managing client engagements and fostering executive-level relationships to drive business growth
- Translating strategic vision into actionable plans and inspiring teams to achieve objectives
- Mentoring and developing the next generation of cybersecurity leaders within the organization
- Promoting technological advancements and innovative solutions to address cybersecurity challenges
- Conducting comprehensive vulnerability assessments and implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks
- Utilizing cloud security and network forensics to strengthen information security frameworks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and convert them into successful outcomes
- Confirming adherence to professional and technical standards while maintaining the firm's reputation for quality and integrity

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Project/Technology Management
- Demonstrating strategic leadership in cybersecurity initiatives
- Leading business development in cyber defense sectors
- Cultivating executive-level client relationships in cybersecurity
- Promoting technological advances in threat intelligence
- Mentoring future leaders in cybersecurity and privacy
- Identifying market gaps and converting them into opportunities

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
