The Opportunity

As a Managed Services - HR Senior Analyst, you will engage with clients to provide comprehensive support and drive organization and talent transformation initiatives. Within our HR Managed Services practice, you will focus on enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness by developing strategies related to human resources, talent management, and organizational development. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role, you will leverage your understanding of workforce strategy, talent development, and organizational design to improve employee experience. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, allowing you to make informed insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to develop and implement workforce and talent management strategies
- Supporting end-to-end organizational and talent transformation initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
- Applying organizational consulting techniques to improve workforce strategy and talent development
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Collaborating with clients to optimize workforce planning and organizational design
- Implementing change management processes to facilitate organizational restructuring and alignment
- Developing and maintaining meaningful client relationships to anticipate and address their needs
- Guiding teams in strategic human resource planning and policy implementation
- Leveraging knowledge of human resources transformation to drive process redesign and improvement
- Mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and development

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
