The Opportunity

As a Strategy& Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC) Manager, Healthcare, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimize outcomes in their deal-making processes. Within our Deals practice, you will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize value and achieve their business objectives. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Responsibilities

- Leading strategic planning and execution of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring initiatives
- Analyzing market trends and assessing business opportunities to guide clients in making informed decisions
- Developing strategic frameworks to optimize outcomes in deal-making processes
- Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams by supervising teams
- Utilizing analytical thinking and financial modeling to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Conducting competitive analysis and industry trend analysis to support strategic recommendations
- Overseeing the development and implementation of value creation strategies for private equity clients
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders to address conflicts or issues
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Law/Legal Studies, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Utilizing strategic planning and competitive analysis skills
- Excelling in post-merger integration and value creation strategies
- Leveraging experience in private equity and healthcare sectors
- Embracing change and innovation in deal strategy
- Developing skills in acquisition strategy and corporate development

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
